Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 October 2026
This policy explains how BelieversPod ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, believerspod.com. Churches using the BelieversPod platform control the data of their own members; how a church uses that data is covered by the church's own privacy notice and our agreement with the church.
What we collect
- Details you send us through the demo request form: your name, email address, church name and, if you choose, phone number, church size and message.
- Messages you send to us by email.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider records in server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website: our web host, and a form-processing service that delivers demo requests to our inbox. They handle the information only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
